What is the Partner program?

Music bloggers can embed fanatic.fm player on their sites and become publishers of sponsored music. We share 10% of the revenue generated from sponsored music plays in partner’s sites.

Who is eligible to be a partner?

Music bloggers who have certain amount of visitors/subscribers are the first priority. In addition, bloggers who wrote on culture, lifestyle, entertainment can join as partners too.

What’s the process? How long does it take to get approved?

Editors at fanatic.fm will review your submitted URL and get back to you in 1 week.

How much do I get as a partner?

You take 10% of the revenue generated from your sites. (Musicians take 70% and we take 20%.) The more music plays on your site, the more earnings you can receive.

Can I get a report on my earnings?

Sure. You can see the real-time based, detailed report on your earnings and music plays on your site when you log in.

How is the agreement terminated?

We have the right to terminate the relationship between you and us when you breach the agreement. (See the agreement here). You can also simply get rid of the fanatic.fm player on your site when you don’t want to sustain the relationship as a partner.

What if the music that I embedded used up sponsorship?

Though the music is played, no revenue is generated when the music has no sponsors. We’ll notify you when the sponsorship is used up so that you can change the player.

I already created a musician/sponsor account. Can I still join as a partner?

Of course. But you need to sign up separately as a partner.

Is embedding music 100% legal? No risk of copyright infringement?

Of course. The music on fanatic.fm were submitted by appropriate right holders. You’re not breaching any copyright.
